New Vision Church makes followers of the biblical Jesus by evangelizing near and far. Following is the work we contribute to around the world. It is our goal to lead mission trips to each of these as the Lord expands our partnerships.

We partner with El Refugio in Ensenada, Mexico, a beautiful ministry just two hours south of us, for God’s daughters who have had much hardship in their short lives by leading quarterly ministry trips to build relationships, lead various life skill workshops, partner with the girls in outreach, and do construction projects to improve their campus.

New Vision Church Jamaica is a church plant we launched in January of 2026. The church planting team consists of Jamaican nationals, Pastor Carl, Sister Rena, and Desirine, as well as Pastor Jayson and Sister Seytoya. We are located in Kingston. The team trained in San Diego and returned to begin the work. Please keep this new ministry in prayer as it develops into what God desires.

New Vision Church Ethiopia is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is led by Ethiopian nationals Pastor Solomon and his wife, Jet. It was established in 2023 in Ethiopia's capital city. Many people are coming to faith in Jesus and being discipled.

New Vision Church Uganda is located in Mukono, Uganda. In 2012, New Vision Church San Diego did our first mission trip to Mukono, Uganda. It was here that Julie befriended Diana, who was a young teacher at the school where we were installing a playground. For the next several years, they kept in touch via Facebook Messenger. In 2020, we decided to launch a New Vision School. However, COVID hit, and God had other plans. Instead, a church was born from a prayer meeting in her family room. Later, the previously planned school started. She then opened a hair salon to help women, who had been abandoned by their husbands, learn a trade to support themselves and their families. In 2025, land was purchased for the school and church. Some teens live on the property with the teachers. Farming is now happening as well to provide food for the students and the community. The children are fed two meals a day as food is scarce at home. Pastor Diana is doing a wonderful job leading this holistic ministry.

We partner with a school that trains church planters. In 2026, we partnered with two of the young graduates and their families to start New Vision Churches in North East India. Since many in India are hostile to the gospel, we are keeping the details anonymous. Please pray for their safety as they reach out to people who have never heard the gospel and plant churches.
